  • Bourdain need not regret his remarks, because he was simply telling the truth. I know very little about him, but I appreciate someone speaking out. I have lost my appetite for Paula Deen's cooking. When she comes on I sometimes change the channel. I haveType 2 Diabetes and high cholestrol.

  • Bourdain should not have to feel bad about his remarks regarding Paula Deen's cooking methodology. I agree with him. I sometimes turn the channel when she is cooking, because it makes me ill to see how much butter she uses in her meals. Basically, I have lost my appetite for Paula Deen's cooking.
